We are rolling out the stops as he will be featuring a special New Years Eve Chef's Tasting Menu, complete with optional wine pairings! A limited ala carte dinner menu will be available for your enjoyment. After your meal, head over to Livingston Bar & Lounge where we will be showcasing LIVE music, drink specials, and complimentary party favors. Stay with us as the ball drops and we celebrate the New Year with a complimentary Champagne Toast and Celebration Balloon Drop at midnight!

Blood Dinner

We have hand-picked an elite group of Atlanta chefs to collaborate on this unprecedented banquet. Joining Stevenson in the kitchen at Livingston will be Tyler Williams of Abattoir, Ryan Smith of Empire State South and Josh Hopkins of STG Trattoria.

The Blood Dinner will feature a variety of courses, both savory and sweet, that explore the boundaries of blood as food. Beyond the established uses of blood in sausage and soup, chefs Stevenson, Williams, Hopkins and Smith will examine texture, temperature and flavor in their collaborative menu. They will seek to honor the traditional use of blood in various cultures, while updating those traditions to create an elevated dining experience for the discerning modern palate.

The cost is $85 per person (plus tax and gratuity) inclusive of wine pairings. In order to ensure the atmosphere and execution intended by the chefs, seating for this event will be limited to 50 people.
